An established London law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established Real Estate team.
The successful candidate will advise a varied client base, including property investors, developers, corporate occupiers, lenders and owner-managed businesses, across a broad range of commercial property and real estate finance matters.
This is a senior appointment offering high-quality work, direct client responsibility and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued development and growth of the department.
The role will include:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Investment and development transactions
- Real estate finance and secured lending
- Acting for corporate occupiers
- Portfolio management
- Property aspects of corporate transactions
- Advising investors, developers, lenders and business owners
- Managing transactions and supervising junior team members
- Developing existing client relationships and generating new business
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the Real Estate department
Candidates should have:
- Substantial experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant, investment and real estate finance work
- The ability to manage complex transactions with limited supervision
- Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills
- Experience of supervising or supporting junior lawyers
- A demonstrable interest in business development and growing a practice
