Residential Property Solicitor / Licenced Conveyancer
3-5 PQE | London | £60,000-£70,000
Hybrid working - two days from home per week

An established London law firm recognised in Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer to join its experienced property team.

The firm handles a broad range of residential property transactions, from high-value houses to leasehold apartments. Its residential team is accredited under the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme and sits on all major lender panels.

The role
You will manage your own residential property caseload, guiding clients through transactions from instruction to completion. Typical work will include:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Remortgages and associated lender requirements.
  • Reviewing titles, raising enquiries and reporting to clients.
  • Liaising with agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions.
The wider team also advises on lease extensions and enfranchisement, providing exposure to additional areas of residential property work.

About you
You will be a qualified Solicitor with approximately 3-5 years' PQE, or a Licenced Conveyancer with equivalent residential property experience. You should be confident managing transactions independently, with sound technical knowledge, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to client service.

The opportunity
  • Salary of £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Performance related bonus
  • Hybrid working, with two days from home each week.
  • A varied residential property caseload within an established London practice.
  • The opportunity to work alongside experienced property specialists.
