Having spent more than two decades recruiting exclusively within the legal profession, I've seen first-hand that successful recruitment is rarely about finding available candidates. It's about understanding people, firms, culture, ambition and timing.
Over the years I've built long-standing relationships with law firms and legal professionals across the private practice sector, supporting recruitment at every level from business support through to partner appointments. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that the best recruitment decisions are built on trust, honest advice and a genuine understanding of what success looks like for both clients and candidates.
I've always believed that standing still isn't enough. As the market evolves, we continue to invest in market mapping, research and market intelligence so we can provide advice based on current market insight, not yesterday's assumptions.
