This role offers genuine breadth, autonomy, and a highly attractive, uncapped bonus structure designed to properly reward billing performance.
  
The Role
You will handle a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, with flexibility to shape your practice depending on your strengths and interests.
  
Expect to advise on:
  • Residential conveyancing (including high-value transactions)
  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord & tenant matters
  • Development support work
  • Secured lending transactions
You’ll be working in a collaborative environment but with the freedom to run your own matters and build your own client relationships.
  
The Offer
  • £60,000 base salary
  • Bonus: 33% on billings over 3x salary (clear, transparent, and lucrative)

The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
  • Experience across both residential and commercial property
