A well-established commercial law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its experienced, supportive and award-winning London team.
The role offers a broad and varied commercial property caseload. You will work with a diverse client base, enjoy direct client contact and have the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for matters as your experience develops.
The caseload will include:
- Commercial and mixed use acquisitions and disposals
- Property investment and development
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Site acquisitions
- Portfolio Management
- Property finance
The position would suit a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor with between two and six years' PQE who is comfortable managing their own caseload while working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience across a range of commercial property matters
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- The ability to manage transactions efficiently and communicate confidently with clients
- A responsive, flexible and proactive approach
- The confidence to take responsibility for matters and delegate where appropriate
- An interest in networking, business development and contributing to the continued growth of the department
